• Setup in three steps: Shopify, Connect Gorgias in one click, then the assistant studies your store.
• Plays for the requests stores get most: where is my order, damaged or missing items, returns, cancellations, address changes and product questions.
• Watch, Draft and Auto for each play, with a record that shows when a play is ready for more.
• A monthly budget that is never exceeded, and credits for stores we invite.
